As a key member, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring collaboration tools to drive business outcomes.About the RoleThis is a remote contract opportunity where you will work independently to configure and implement collaboration software, provide training and support, and ensure seamless integration into workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement collaboration software such as Jira, Confluence, and JSM.Develop strong knowledge of DevOps practices and IT Service Management methodologies.Apply agile methodologies and AI solutions to enhance collaboration tool efficiency.Provide in-depth training and ongoing support for collaboration tools.Utilize excellent communication and consulting skills to drive results.Work remotely with minimal supervision.Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with large-scale enterprise projects or Fortune 500 clients is highly desirable.
