Our mission is to build world-class technical teams.The Chief Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full-cycle recruitment for high-demand technical roles across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.Manage the full recruitment life cycle;Screen and assess candidates;Source talent proactively via referrals and other sourcing platforms;Maintain clear, professional communication in English and Spanish;Build and nurture a pipeline of high-quality candidates;Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding;Key Responsibilities : Recruit and hire top technical talent;Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies;Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements;Conduct thorough interviews and assessments;Presentation of qualified candidates to hiring managers;Requirements : 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting;Solid understanding of tech stacks and roles;Fluency (B2) in English is a must ; Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred but not required;Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools;Ability to operate independently in a remote environment;
