🎮 Programadores Unreal (Júnior, Plenos e Sêniores) – Full-Time / MMORPG

Na Zelcar Games https : / / www.zelcar.games / , um estúdio indie em plena expansão, estamos desenvolvendo um MMORPG de nova geração e outros projetos próprios. Procuramos programadores de Unreal Engine no Brasil que queiram crescer conosco em projetos reais e de longo prazo.

🚀 O que buscamos?

Programadores plenos (6–8 USDT / h) : com boas bases em Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) e C++ , capazes de contribuir em projetos singleplayer e multiplayer , com disposição para aprender, otimizar e entregar qualidade.
Programadores sêniores (8–12 USDT / h) : quando realmente for o caso, buscamos profissionais com experiência comprovada em replicação, otimização, multiplayer e com capacidade de liderar, organizar e documentar processos dentro da equipe.

🔑 Responsabilidades

Desenvolver e otimizar sistemas em Unreal Engine 5 com C++ e Blueprints.

Implementar e depurar replicação em rede para multiplayer.

Realizar profiling, debugging e otimização de CPU, GPU e memória.

Colaborar em equipe remota com comunicação clara e constante.

(Para sêniores) Guiar e apoiar membros plenos e juniores.

🎯 Requisitos

Experiência comprovável com Unreal Engine 5 .

Bom domínio de C++ orientado a objetos e Blueprints.

Inglês técnico.

PC próprio e potente.

Disponibilidade full-time (40h-48h semanais) .

Trabalho 100% remoto.

💼 Condições

Faixas de pagamento (em USDT, via rede BSC ou TRX) :

Júnior : 4 – 6 / hora.

Pleno : 6 – 8 / hora.

Sênior : 8 – 12 / hora (quando realmente se aplicar).

Uso obrigatório de ClickUp (tarefas), Time Doctor (registro de horas), Discord (comunicação em tempo real) e WhatsApp .

Pagamento semanal.
