This analyst will support the Finance Manager in overseeing the administrative functions that support the company's sales team.
Similarly, this role will be responsible for monitoring Sales Resources (Discounts), ensuring all users are performing according to the rules established, and setting up controls and rules to mitigate risks and prevent any deviation in reporting and establishing KPIs to follow up performance of investment cases, predictive volume / pricing scenarios, competitive reviews, etc.What You Can Expect : Work collaboratively with all areas of the organization to ensure a comprehensive approach in : Analyze Key account customer contracts and ensure the accruals are properly provided in the Financial Statement.Support the Finance Manager in ensuring compliance with rebate agreements and discounts, and address any discrepancies.Support the finance manager in preparing documentation for audits and other regulatory requirements.Support the development and maintenance of revenue policies and procedures.Calculate and provide accruals for Sales commissions, free goods, and trade marketing allowance funds.Prepare the report to track the usage of free goods by department.Maintain and analyze the entries of TMA funds in the system (MRM / SAP), validating supporting documentation to ensure payment of customer promotions and distributors' discounts, and verifying that the Brown-Forman policy is in place.Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales administration function.Provide support on special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager, including market research and ROI for commercial calendar activities, among others.Monitor data on price, distribution, visibility, and other key metrics, identifying trends and proposing adjustments / improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives.Key person for checking and ensuring all documents submitted by distributors in the Rest of PUB are aligned with compliance requirements.Responsible for pricing registration / calculation (SAP, BFSO, KAMs updating), supported by the Finance manager.Measure the impact of each price change.Assist in monitoring and reporting the key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against sales targets.Maintain accuracy of Market Research Data Systems (Neogrid, Nielsen, TAGG)What You Bring to the Table : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or Accounting, or a related field.Analytical / mathematical skills.Demonstrated organization, prioritization, and initiative skills in working with multiple projects.Knowledge of computer operation and use, with the ability to learn systems, including demonstrated competence in Tableau as a user, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.Oral communication skills; ability to formulate responses to detailed questions in representing corporate policy / practice within the function, comfortable presenting information to internal audiences.Written communication skills; ability to compose final draft memos / project reports.3 years' experience in Commercial Finance, Sales adm, pricing, or related fields.Proficiency with English.
