portals to improve self-service capabilities, user engagement, and customer experience. Partner with developers and project managers on the Business Systems team to deliver high-impact initiatives. Build and enhance revenue attribution, pipeline automation, and approval workflows. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong unit test coverage. Develop scalable tooling frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality releases. Manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment while delivering impactful solutions. Contribute to the long-term strategic roadmap for Salesforce architecture and implementation.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS / CIS, or equivalent work experience. 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Community (Experience Cloud) implementations. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, SOAP / REST web services, and SOQL. Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, and CI / CD pipelines. Strong understanding of SDLC processes and enterprise integration frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.

Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Community Cloud Consultant (strong plus). Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, Salesforce LWS). Prior experience with integration tools like SnapLogic or Boomi. SQL proficiency.
