Join SHEIN and be the future!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the cost control team with collecting, organizing, and analyzing expense data related to warehouse operations.Support in preparing regular cost performance reports and visualizations to help track spending trends.Participate in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and process improvements under the guidance of senior team members.Help with ad-hoc data entry, research, and analysis tasks as needed by the team.Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to support smooth cost management.Job RequirementsStrong interest in data analysis and cost optimization; relevant coursework or previous internship experience is a plus.Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is a bonus.Proficiency in English for workplace communication; knowledge of other languages is a plus.Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, willingness to learn, effective communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering is preferred.
