Tissue Operations Specialist - Develop strategic relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab and Treatment Centre Staff Collaborate with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to establish apheresis collection footprint Coordinate site activation activities and communicate status to Clinical teams Perform technical site assessments and train staff on collection requirements Provide Quality Systems support and work with internal teams to monitor vendor performance Essential : Experience in Apheresis Operations Management, QA Operations and GMP production Preferred : Experience working in Apheresis, Cellular Therapy or Stem Cell Transplant programs Undergraduate degree in related science or nursing Fluency in English and Portuguese required Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
