You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or BI roles, preferably with a focus on AI-enhanced data solutions. Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel (including automation and AI-powered functions). Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy, and working knowledge of ETL frameworks. Proven track record in leading data integration projects, developing predictive models, and supporting executive-level reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating business requirements into effective data solutions. Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and AI-driven analytics practices (nice to have). English Full Professional Proficiency.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities : Design and implement AI-driven dashboards and data models using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to support predictive analytics and performance optimization. Manage end-to-end BI modernization initiatives, including data warehouse expansion, ETL automation, and AI capability integration. Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions in collaboration with data engineering and technology teams. Develop and optimize automated reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of analytics projects and reports. Support executive-level reporting by delivering real-time insights that enhance decision-making across campaign tracking, financial planning, and strategic initiatives. Continuously identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve reporting, visualization, and data accessibility.
