We are looking for a Communication Specialist , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid / on-site , in the state of Minas Gerais .

In this role you will :

The Communication Specialist plays a vital role in managing and enhancing the communication channels within the IT department and between IT and other departments.

The role involves creating, implementing, and maintaining effective communication strategies to promote clarity and efficiency in the dissemination of information.

In addition, the specialist will translate complex technical aspects into content that is easy for the user to understand.

Main Responsibilities :

• Content Development : Develop and maintain IT communication materials, such as technical

documentation, user manuals, FAQs, and newsletters.
