Responsibilities

Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to assess clinical talent needs and develop recruitment strategies

Implement innovative search techniques to attract qualified candidates for clinical positions

Build relationships with prospective candidates to enhance interest in job opportunities

Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and presenting candidates to hiring managers

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal recruitment laws and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in business or human resources, with at least 1 year of dentist recruiting experience or equivalent education and experience

Experience in the Healthcare / Dental industry, with a preference for dental experience

Proven ability to partner with dental schools for recruitment efforts

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in lifecycle recruitment management and external source development

Familiarity with social media applications for recruiting purposes

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Experience with screening candidates effectively
