US Tax & Accounting Specialist – Foreign-Owned & Domestic Entities (100% Remote)

We specialize in LLCs, S-Corps, tax compliance, bookkeeping, and Virtual CFO services for both foreign-owned U.S. entities and traditional American clients.

We’re growing fast and need an experienced, detail-oriented accounting and tax professional who loves solving complex cross-border puzzles and delivering peace of mind to clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file U.S. federal (and some state) tax returns for :

• Single-member & multi-member LLCs (Form 1065, Schedule K-1)
• S-Corporations (Form 1120-S, K-1s)
• Foreign-owned U.S. disregarded entities and corporations (Form 5472, 1120)
• U.S. individual tax returns (Form 1040, 1040-NR for non-residents)

Manage monthly / quarterly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation using QuickBooks Online

Oversee payroll compliance when applicable

Advise clients (in Spanish, Portuguese, or English) on tax-saving strategies, entity structuring, BOI reporting (FinCEN), and compliance timelines

Review and correct client-provided records, flag red flags, and ensure data accuracy

Collaborate with U.S.-based CPAs / Enrolled Agents on complex cases while owning day-to-day execution

Qualifications

3+ years of recent U.S. tax preparation experience with partnerships, S-Corps, and individuals

Practical experience with foreign-owned U.S. entities (Form 5472, 1120) is a strong plus

Solid background preparing Form 1040 for U.S. citizens / residents

Mastery of QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Advanced Excel skills and ability to build models or schedules

Fluency in Spanish , English , and Portuguese
