Shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and guide the team toward high-impact deliverables.Stay ahead of AI and NSFW industry trends - making sure we're always two steps ahead of competitors.Lead agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews) and keep the backlog sharp.Translate business goals and user needs into actionable dev team tasks.Propose, launch, and analyze A / B tests to drive growth, retention, and monetization.Gather feedback from users and turn insights into product improvements.Ensure compliance with legal, billing, and platform rules - while keeping innovation alive.Track performance with analytics dashboards and AI-specific monitoring.Qualifications5+ years leading agile product teams in high-growth environments.Hands-on experience managing AI-based platforms (bonus : adult content experience).

Strong grasp of software development and AI fundamentals (LLMs, image models, HuggingFace, Replicate, OpenRouter, etc.).
