Position : Business Development Manager Brazil (FX industry)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute localized business development strategies aligned with broader regional objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and adapt the companys value proposition to meet partner needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Implement acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies tailored to partners, including referral programs and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Provide regular updates on results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within FX industry.Proven experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven, process-oriented mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.OFFER :
