High-Impact Ai Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team as a Consultant out of our Brazilian Office.

This is a high-impact role as we scale up our AI Services and onboard new clients in this sector.Key Responsibilities : Architect & Build : Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications on AWS or GCP that serve as the backbone for our AI-powered products.Develop AI Solutions : Implement and optimize sophisticated AI systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents, to solve complex client problems.Innovate & Experiment : Rapidly prototype and experiment with cutting-edge LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and tool integration.Champion Code Quality : Take ownership of the development lifecycle and champion best practices for writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.Collaborate & Lead : Work closely with product, data, and business stakeholders to shape the AI product roadmap and provide technical leadership.Requirements : Expert-Level Python : 3+ years of professional experience with deep expertise in Python and its ecosystem for building robust APIs and data-driven applications.Production Cloud Experience : A proven track record of designing, building, and deploying scalable applications on AWS or GCP.Hands-On AI Experience : You have built and shipped at least one AI-powered feature or application, demonstrating your ability to translate AI concepts into real-world solutions.Engineering Excellence : You are a self-starter who takes ownership, writes high-quality, maintainable code, and has a keen eye for detail.
