Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
• Configure and customize D365 CRM to meet functional requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to integrate CRM with other systems.
• Participate in project planning, estimating and project management activities.
• Deliver end‑user training and provide ongoing functional support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new D365 CRM features and capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants when needed.

Key Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization.
• Experience with version 8.0 or later.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience developing custom workflows, entities and plugins using C# or .NET .
• Strong understanding of D365 CRM’s data model, security model and configuration options.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
