Senior Oracle Erp Cloud Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP Cloud professional to join our team as a Senior Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating and supporting accounts receivable and billing modules, ensuring excellence in service delivery, SOX compliance, and ITIL standards.Main Responsibilities : Act on General Accounting (GL), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modulesResolve incidents and tickets within SLA deadlines in partnership with internal teams and suppliersProvide support during monthly accounting closing in multiple regions LATAM, USA, APACExecute regression tests on quarterly updates of Oracle Cloud SaaS environmentEnsure compliance with SOX processes, documentation, and evidence for auditsLead operations and continuous improvements in communication, processes, and support standardsParticipate in definition and dissemination of best practices, aligned with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and GitLabWork with engineering and project teams to ensure successful deployments and integrationsRequirements : Solid experience in Oracle ERP Cloud in GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modulesMinimum 10 years with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CloudParticipation in at least 3 complete Oracle Cloud implementation projectsFamiliarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and tax requirements in BrazilExperience with tools BIP, PL / SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP / REST)Accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and practicesExcellence in written and verbal communication in Portuguese and EnglishAbility to lead teams of 5 to 10 peopleCollaborative proactive profile with analytical mindset and results-focused approachBachelors degree in Accounting Finance IT or related fields
