Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Workday Certified Project Manager / Business Analyst to support production support and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, business analysis, and Workday configuration expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate release work, Agile ceremonies, and prioritization stand-ups.
- Prepare project presentations, resource plans, and schedules.
- Perform business analysis : gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs.
- Conduct data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Act as a Workday Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support production and enhancement needs.
