Chili Internship Program 2025 – Content Writing & AI Automation

Program Overview

  • Duration : Up to 2 years, with potential for full-time hire
  • Workload : 6 hours per day
  • Start Date : October 6, 2025
  • Location : São Paulo
  • Stipend : R$1,518.00 + transportation allowance

    • What You’ll Do

  • Research, draft, and edit blogs, articles, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Use AI tools to generate, repurpose, and optimize content for multiple platforms.
  • Assist in building content automation workflows (content calendars, publishing, reporting).
  • Collaborate with the SEO and PPC teams to align content with campaign objectives.
  • Write and refine social media copy, email marketing campaigns, and ad creatives.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement using AI-powered insights.
  • Support with administrative tasks (reports, documentation, and content libraries).

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Students from 2nd year onward (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields).
  • Strong writing and communication skills in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus).
  • Interest in digital marketing, SEO, and automation tools (training provided).
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn AI-powered writing and optimization workflows.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to fast-changing priorities.
