💼 Job Title : Technical Lead – Full Stack Developer

📍 Location : Remote

🕒 Contract : 6 Months

We’re partnering with an innovative fintech company that is launching an intuitive, scalable mobile app. They’re looking for a Technical Lead with strong full-stack expertise to guide development, set best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who not only thrives in hands-on coding with React, Node.js, and AWS but also enjoys mentoring, leading technical discussions, and shaping engineering standards.

🧾 Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical leadership across frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development.
  • Design, architect, and deliver robust, scalable web and mobile features.
  • Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and manage complex data flows.
  • Drive DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment processes on AWS.

🧾 Skills & Experience :

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead.
  • Strong expertise with React.js, Node.js, and AWS services .
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English for cross-team communication.
  • Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design.
  • Hands-on experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native).
