Role Overview :
The HR Analyst will provide support across key HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, internal communications, budgeting, fleet and fuel management, and contracts for interns and apprentices. The role will also contribute to engagement initiatives, events, well-being activities, and HR dashboards / KPIs. A core focus will be on talent management programs, covering performance, career development, and succession planning, in close partnership with leadership.

Qualifications
Knowledge, skills and abilities :
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with leadership.Ability to manage multiple priorities with agility, accuracy and attention to detail.Some experience in Talent Management processes (performance, career development)Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to create and manage HR dashboards and KPIs.Proficiency in HR systems and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.Project management and problem .Solving skills.Knowledge of SF is a plus.Experience & Education :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to talent management and employee engagement.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; experience with dashboards and KPIs is a plus.Advanced English is desirable, and Spanish is a plus
