Job Responsibilities :

1.Based on data analysis and business understanding, provide in-depth analysis and professional advice and information input for key business decisions;

2.Improve the business's operational analysis system, refine input and output indicators, perfect the breakdown and operational monitoring of business team goals, produce special reports, and provide business insights;

3.Collaborate with product, research, operations, and business teams, oriented towards business value creation, and drive the implementation of key projects.

Job Requirements：

1.Two or more years of experience in business analysis. Experience with top internet companies is preferred;

2.Excellent logical thinking ability, capable of structured analysis and decomposition of problems, with independent thinking and critical reasoning skills and habits;

3.Proficient in commonly used data analysis tools, such; have a solid foundation in mathematical statistics;

4.Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
