    Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.About the PositionE-Commerce ManagerAbout the Position Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Omniplayers Manager (B2C eCommerce Manager) to lead the online sales strategy for all CP product categories.

    You will be the driver of our digital presence, focused on B2C business models, with direct responsibility for the Drugstores and H&S categories in digital.

    This is a key position that requires a passion for sales, a strong digital mindset, and excellent leadership skills.

    You will be the main point of contact for building sustainable relationships with our external customers and, internally, you will be crucial for disseminating knowledge and unlocking a digital mindset throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Development : Define and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with B2C partners and clients.Strategic Management : Carry out customer mapping, prioritization, and define Targets and KPIs for the channel.Performance and Results : Manage the Go-to-Market (GTM), the allocation of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) resources, and the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the area.Digital Execution : Lead the tracking of eSOM (eCommerce Share of Market) and the execution of action plans for continuous improvement.Digital Quality : Actively manage improvements to the Digital Shelf to ensure the best experience and conversion.Leadership and Execution : Guide the B2C team in tactical execution with Pure Players and Last Miles.Strategic Connection : Ensure synergy between commercial and retail media strategies.Knowledge Dissemination : Act as a change agent, spreading the necessary digital knowledge and mindset throughout the company.Networking : Maintain a strategic connection with the Latam Division for regional alignments.People Management : Develop the skills and competencies of the team under your management.QualificationsProven Commercial Experience.Experience in Digital / eCommerce is a differential.Solid P&L Knowledge (Results Management).
