Overview
Location : São Paulo, Brazil (Remote initially, in-office when new hub opens)
You're a growth-driven UX / UI designer who loves shipping experiments that move metrics.
You'll own high-impact designs for two distinct travel brands :
See Sight Tours : Our established tour company.
You'll optimize our website's product pages, booking funnels, and conversion-driven UX flows to maximize direct bookings.
Tripshepherd : Our innovative, video-first travel marketplace and app connecting travelers, local hosts, and creators.
You'll drive user acquisition, retention, and referral growth through engaging mobile and web experiences.
Responsibilities
Growth Experimentation : Lead A / B tests and iterative designs for landing pages, checkout funnels, onboarding flows, emails, ads, and in-app experiences.
Rapidly translate analytics insights (CTR, signup rates, activation, retention) into actionable UX / UI improvements.
High-Impact Prototyping & Interaction Design : Craft intuitive onboarding, referral, and retention flows across web and native apps, using prototypes and micro-interactions (Figma, Lottie, Framer Motion).
Develop modular templates enabling quick experimentation by marketing and product teams.
Analytics, Research, and User Insight : Monitor and analyze key UX metrics in GA4, Mixpanel, and Amplitude; perform cohort and funnel analyses.
Pair quantitative data with qualitative methods—user interviews, usability tests, heatmaps, and session replays—to uncover hidden insights.
Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with Adam (Head of Product & Design) and Brandon (Head of Marketing) to align design strategy and business goals.
Mentor junior designers and marketing team members on growth experimentation best practices and effective use of analytics.
Evangelize Experiment-Driven Culture : Regularly present results and insights in "growth demos," fostering an environment that prioritizes testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
5+ years experience as a UX / UI or Digital Product Designer with demonstrated results in growth, conversion optimization, or performance marketing contexts.
Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and measure successful UX / UI experiments.
Expert-level visual design skills, confident using design systems and building high-fidelity prototypes.
Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and basic SQL queries to inform your design decisions.
Strong storytelling and communication skills—able to clearly articulate insights and drive team alignment around data-backed strategies.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with marketplaces, creator-driven platforms, or social video apps.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Braze, Iterable) and performance-ad creative.
Background in growth-hacking or digital experimentation communities.
