Client servicing, plan creation, program delivery, project management, and analysis will all be key functions in this role, with the expectation that the account manager is across media, creative, and retail solutions as well as overall marketing and eCommerce strategy.What You'll DoPartner with key clients and the global Podean team to develop and execute Amazon and marketplace strategies that drive brand growth in BrazilBuild trusted client relationships and educate them on how to succeed across Amazon and other marketplacesCreate strategic roadmaps, proactively identify new opportunities, and manage projects with internal media, creative, retail, and sales teamsLead business reviews, deliver data-driven insights, and present well-researched recommendations for future activityMonitor client accounts, track team progress, and communicate updates, action items, and priorities to clients and stakeholdersDevelop best practices for Amazon marketing and provide onboarding or training sessions when neededStay current on Amazon trends, updates, and opportunities, and share relevant insights with clients and internal teamsOwn all client meetings, presentations, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality communication and follow-upDrive problem-solving and innovation both on and off Amazon once core programs are establishedWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field4+ years of experience in digital media, eCommerce, or marketing, with strong knowledge of Amazon advertising and retailProven client account management and strategic planning experienceExcellent organizational, project management, and communication skillsHighly responsive, detail-oriented, and commercially mindedFluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal); Spanish a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace toolsCommercial acumenCompensation will be competitive, including ongoing training and support, a generous time off policy, annual holiday closures, and our flexible work policy.
