We are working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for their Gaming studios in São Paulo, Brazil.

Position : Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Location : São Paulo, Brazil

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Understand role requirements and source suitable talent.
Create and manage accurate job postings across relevant platforms.
Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Facilitate candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verifications.
Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS :

Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.

Familiarity with the iGaming industry (or other relevant industries).
