We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the Marketing Technology Transformation across LATAM — including the rollout of Single Customer View (SCV) , Loyalty Delivery , and Marketing Automation programs.
You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, connect global and local teams, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of complex marketing technology initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end program strategy for SCV, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation initiatives.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across multiple LATAM markets.
- Act as the key liaison between global and regional teams (Marketing, IT, Data, and external vendors).
- Oversee project governance, reporting, and agile processes to drive transparency and efficiency.
- Track KPIs, ensure delivery quality, and support change management and adoption.
The kind of profile we’re looking for
10+ years in Program or Project Management , ideally within digital or marketing technology transformation.Experience managing multi-country programs with cross-functional teams.Understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CDP / SCV, Loyalty, Automation tools).Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (both preferred).PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
