Work on existingReact-based internal applicationsused by engineering teams.

Reorganize and improve existing UI / UX for better usability and performance.

Implement new functionality and drive user-focused design improvements.

Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand pain points and deliver better experiences.Must Have

React expertise(core requirement)

Experience delivering withmultiple frontend frameworks / languages

HTMXexperience ( required )

Litexperience ( nice to have )

Comfortable working onUX layer(not just layout — real usability improvement)

SomeUX designexperience is abig plusNice to Have

Experience buildinginternal toolsover marketing sites

Wireframing and talking to users
