For more, visit or our career page.Job SummaryB2B Channel Partner Manager (Distributors & Resellers), responsible for developing and establishing commercial relationships, crafting proposals and creating business plans together with them, aligned with company goals and strategy.Areas of ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify market opportunities and develop plans to expand the channel customer base.Develop a long-term relationship with channel partners (Distributors and Resellers).
Negotiate partnership agreements, terms and contractual conditions.
Manage sales performance of channels and support them to achieve mutual goals.Manage all sales cycle (proposal, close the deal, get orders, execute the deliveries) & supply chain (plan in advance, get the allocation aligned with the deals).
Prepare sales reports, performance analyses and forecasts.
Present results to management and propose improvements.Prospect new channels and business opportunities.Attend events and trade shows to expand network and develop strategic partnerships / alliances to support and accelerate business growth.Manage sales performance on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis to ensure optimal resource allocation (investments & sales deductions).
RequirementsAt least a higher education degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Marketing.
Additionally, specific courses in Commercial Management provide comprehensive training in business and commercial management.Solid experience in sales, negotiation and leadership is essential.
