Clinical Site Service Supervisor - LATAM

R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Site Service Supervisor - LATAM to lead and support a team in delivering exceptional clinical site services. This role involves managing daily operations, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring high performance and compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in driving study results and enhancing the customer experience.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily tasks and operations of the team.

Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.

Collaborate with staffing partners to address hiring needs.

Stay informed about recruitment trends and technologies in the LATAM region.

Set clear goals for the team and provide support to achieve them.

Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching as needed.

Organize and lead team meetings.

Manage workload distribution and assess team utilization regularly.

Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback.

Communicate updates and escalations to leadership.

Present weekly progress reports to sponsors.

Act as a point of escalation for site-related issues.

Build strong partnerships with sites, clients, and study teams.

Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and solve problems proactively.

Review and understand study protocols.

Key Skills and Requirements :

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Professionalism and ability to work with diverse individuals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of clinical research and medical terminology.

Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements in LATAM regions.

Ability to work remotely with a proper home office setup.

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
