We’re looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer to take technical ownership of two web-based products currently in development. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends architecture, coding, and collaboration. You’ll guide the project's direction, make key technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and well-built software.
We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with product and design teams. You’ll be part of a small, talented group focused on building high-quality tools that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, implementation, and delivery of multiple web applications.
- Work closely with product and design to turn requirements into well-structured, maintainable solutions.
- Write clean, high-quality code using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.
- Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS).
- Manage integrations with external platforms, including SSO and Okta.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security best practices are applied throughout the stack.
- Support and mentor other developers, helping improve processes and code quality.
Requirements
Strong experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.Deep understanding of PostgreSQL.Proven experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS).Comfortable with serverless architectures and microservices.Experience integrating third-party tools and identity providers (SSO, Okta, etc.).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and make thoughtful technical decisions.Advanced EnglishNice to Have
