The Sr. Specialist, Customer Acquisition, responds to inquiries of a technical nature, including hardware, software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client’s technical products or services by answering questions and resolving problems related to their use. You will work with the Sales Department to create exceptional customer experiences for the largest social media platform in the world.

Requirements :

  • Portuguese – at least C1 level (written and verbal)
  • English – at least B2 level (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma
  • Experience as a technical customer consultant , help desk agent, or IT support specialist.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales (B2B desirable) or 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity.
  • Proven success in meeting personal and team sales quotas or goals.
  • Experience with social media advertising , digital marketing , and tools such as Pixel , MS Office , email systems , and API / SDK integration .
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking , problem-solving , and customer orientation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to provide consultative, high-quality service.
  • Experience with high-volume calling and comfort with learning new technology and data tools.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise small and medium-sized companies on their accounts as part of a multilingual team.
  • Contact customers via phone, chat, and email after scheduling appointments.
  • Support customers with the integration of their website, store, or account, and assist in resolving technical challenges.
  • Identify content and performance opportunities through an analytical approach and advise customers on process improvements.
  • Guide customers during the implementation of recommended measures and track their progress through regular monitoring.
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
  • Take proactive steps to resolve customer concerns or obstacles that hinder satisfaction or product usage.
  • Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or acquire customers.
  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email—most communications are outbound.
  • Collaborate with your team and management to ensure a professional experience during all customer and prospect interactions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all relevant data is accurately captured.
  • Undertake various sales activities, including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, renewals, and acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Report directly to a Sales Manager.
