About the Program

The DSS+ Internship Program offers engineering students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of safety and sustainability consulting, actively contributing to real projects with our clients and business. We value hands-on learning and provide a dynamic and challenging environment where interns are integral members of the team from day one.

What You Will Do :

Participation in Strategic Projects : Support the development and execution of specific consulting projects, from initial diagnostics to delivering tailored solutions for our clients.

Work and Collaborate with Teams and Leadership : Actively support and contribute to project teams, working closely with leadership to deliver impactful results for clients.

Creation of Support Materials : Collaborate on preparing reports, presentations, and communication tools to assist clients in implementing changes and strategies.

Client Interaction : Join meetings and workshops with clients, developing communication and negotiation skills in a corporate environment.

Continuous Learning : Work alongside experienced professionals, receiving mentorship and constant feedback to accelerate your development.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Currently pursuing a 3rd or 4th-year degree in Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Interest in planning and analysis of industrial and development processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Proactive and passionate about innovation in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Work Model : Hybrid work model, based on client needs.
