Operating from hubs in Madrid, Marbella, Gran Canaria, Panama, and Costa Rica, we are driven by quality, heritage, and customer satisfaction in every market we serve.Position SummaryAs a B2C Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager, you will lead our direct-to-consumer sales function.

You will be responsible for supervising, scaling, and coaching a growing team of phone-based sales agents.

This is a remote leadership role focused on delivering sales excellence through structured training, performance analysis, and KPI-driven management.
