Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
As a Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the financial planning and analysis function by providing critical insights and developing complex financial models to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for reporting performance-related financial results across various entities, managing forecasting, and ensuring validation and reporting for specific processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, data analytics, and industry dynamics, particularly within the insurance sector. You will collaborate with business owners to evaluate strategic initiatives and present findings to the CFO for approval. Additionally, you will oversee control and sign-off processes, manage presentation and management reports, and ensure their ongoing relevance.

Requirements
4 to 6 years of related experience
Work Experience in Insurance Companies required (preferred : P&C Insurance, but Life Insurance background is also acceptable)
Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Fluency in English
Business Skills
Database / BI Apps / Financial Modeling : Advanced (Forecasting / planning / Business Case Modeling)
Software / Tool Skills
SQL (intermediate)
Excel (Advanced)
Power BI (Intermediate)
SAP Analytics Cloud (desirable)
