Strategic Product Manager for CMDB SolutionsWe are seeking an accomplished Product Strategist to drive the development and execution of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CMDB technologies, including Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Service Graph, and Discovery tools.

They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and enhance CMDB capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for CMDB;Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enhance CMDB capabilities;Implement and manage the Common Service Data Model (CSDM);Utilize Service Graph to visualize and manage service dependencies and configurations;Oversee the Discovery process to ensure accurate and up-to-date data;Analyze CMDB performance metrics and propose improvements;Stay current on trends and advancements in CMDB technologies and methodologies.Requirements : Advanced knowledge of CMDB technologies, including CSDM, Service Graph, and Discovery tools;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent communication and collaboration skills;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred qualifications include : Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles;Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or CMDB-related areas.We value diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
