They should have a good command of written and spoken English; good project planning, communication and interpersonal skills; and experience in conducting extensive literature review.

They should be proficient in advanced statistical analysis, with the knowledge of using business and analytical software such as Python and R; a strong sense of responsibility; the ability to work independently; and the motivation to learn.

The appointee will work for business analytics research.
