Our culture is built on teamwork, efficiency, and a passion for achieving results.About the RoleWe're looking for rockstar Sales Reps to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for our Preventative Maintenance Service, ideally with experience in long or complex sales cycles, strong communication skills, high energy, and a commitment to personal growth.ResponsibilitiesManage the entire sales process : prospecting, discovery, proposals, follow-up, and closingMaintain a clean, updated pipeline in SalesforceCommunicate clearly and professionally on video calls with clientsBuild trust with key decision-makers in fitness, hospitality, and commercial real estateCollaborate with the internal team for smooth handoffs post-saleRequirements2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in long-sales-cycle or commercial servicesExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsSelf-starter mindset with strong follow-throughFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRMsOffers$7–$10 / hour base rate depending on experienceUncapped commissionsLong-term independent contractor role with potential for growthRemote work setup with full support and structureTraining and tools to help you winAre you looking for a high-accountability, fast-moving, purpose-driven team that values performance and invests in your growth?
