Operations and Logistc Manager

Key responsabilities :

• Coordinate the transportation and customs clearance of goods from the country of origin to our warehouse facilities.
• Manage inbound and outbound operations of our 3PL, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Allocate stock to orders for wholesale distribution based on priorities and delivery windows.
• Forecast sales and communicate with sales teams regarding any potential delivery delays.
• Establish and Monitor SLAs and ensure compliance with established performance metrics.
• Provide world-class customer service to our clients, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing logistics operations.
