What to Expect
Job Responsibilities :
Manage a team of 8-12 Account Executives, overseeing the end-to-end sales processes in your territoryDevelop expertise on corporate customer needs, market dynamics, and product differentiationCreate and implement sales strategies and tactical plans in collaboration with marketing teamsMonitor execution progress and report on notable milestones and deliverablesAccurately forecast sales and help the team build the necessary pipeline to meet or exceed quotasWhat is Required
Proven track record of managing a sales team that meets or exceeds targets in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong work ethic with a tenacious attitude and commitment to successExceptional communication skills to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionallyData-driven mindset with the ability to measure and adjust sales strategies based on insightsKnowledge of corporate personas and functions such as Corporate Strategy, Market Intelligence, and Investor RelationsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
