Monthly salary : $4,000 - $5,000 USD
The Ideal Candidate :
Along with our partner, we are seeking a self-driven engineer who's passionate about using technology to improve healthcare outcomes, and who embodies the values described above.
You’re not just here to write code—you’re here to make things better. You take real ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the impact of your work. Instead of just “closing tickets,” you ask questions, challenge assumptions, and look for smarter ways to solve problems that matter. You connect what you build to business outcomes —like improving patient care, speeding up clinical workflows, or scaling global access to healthcare. You love diving into the unknown, learning fast, and collaborating as an equal partner across design, product, and AI teams. If you get energy from ownership, curiosity, and building for impact, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You'll Work On :
- AI-Powered Healthcare Products : You will build and scale their AI symptom checker (10M+ MAU in US / Japan), Doctor's Note, Checkup monitoring tools, and LLM-powered services for both consumers and healthcare providers.
- Healthcare SaaS for HCPs : Design and launch new SaaS products for healthcare providers (HCPs), enabling improved clinical workflows, patient data insights, and AI-assisted decision support.
- LLM-Native Environment : Operate in an LLM-native product environment, where LLMs are deeply integrated across consumer- and provider-facing products as well as into the development process itself (AI-assisted coding, automated testing, knowledge retrieval, and experimentation).
- Full-Stack & LLM Development : Work across frontend (React, Next.js, React Native), backend (Node.js, TypeScript), and infrastructure layers while integrating LLM capabilities (prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, LangChain / LangGraph orchestration) into user-facing applications.
- Data-Driven Solutions : Contribute to data analysis initiatives that directly impact user experience, health outcomes, and provider efficiency by leveraging structured (EHR / claims) and unstructured (clinical notes, patient conversations) data.
- Global Impact : Develop products that guide millions of users to appropriate healthcare worldwide, while building provider-first solutions that scale across different healthcare systems.
What We're Looking For :
Technical Requirements (Must-Have)
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Full-stack expertise across all layers :
- Frontend : React, Next.js
- Backend : Node.js, TypeScript
- Database : SQL
- Data analysis experience - ability to derive insights from user data and metrics
- Experience building scalable web applications in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality
- Business-level or higher English proficiency
- At least 4 hours of overlap with NYC time zone (9am-5pm EST)
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup environment
- SaaS product development experience
- Experience with AI or LLM-powered product development
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with global, cross-cultural teams

- Partnership with Tech Giants : They partner with Google to enhance AI capabilities
- Design Partnership : Collaborate with IDEO / D4V for human-centered design
- Learning Culture : Work with a cross-functional team spanning multiple time zones
