What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives, helping them hit and exceed sales goals

Drive growth by identifying new opportunities across the employer's multi-platform portfolio

Partner with marketing and editorial teams to create compelling client solutions

Support representatives on high-value pitches and negotiations

Bring fresh ideas to how digital advertising and content marketing are sold

What is Required (Qualifications)

10+ years in media or digital sales, with 5+ years in sales leadership

A track record of building and leading high-performing teams

Strong understanding of digital ad products (programmatic, streaming TV, social, event sponsorship, branded content, etc.)

A coach, motivator, and strategist rolled into one

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in developing innovative sales strategies for digital advertising

Proven success in high-value negotiations and client relationship management

Familiarity with multi-channel marketing campaigns
