We're an American company with growing offices in São Paulo (Avenida Paulista near MASP) and Florianópolis (Trindade / Centro, near Villa Romana Shopping) . We support U.S.-based clients with legal and administrative services and are building a strong local team in Brazil.
We're hiring a Client Relations Specialist to help manage client communications, support our legal operations, and keep cases moving forward. You'll work in-person from either office and be in daily contact with U.S. clients and our legal team.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Help manage client relationships and keep case files organized
- Handle basic administrative tasks and assist the legal team
- Keep everything on track by following up with clients and updating internal systems
