Flexibility is one of our trademarks; we operate in different team models and formats, maintaining our light, collaborative, and integrated culture, providing equitable opportunities in a space where everyone feels safe and heard.What You Will DoAct as the UX point of contact within the team, with autonomy to make design decisions;Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, and other UX professionals;Participate in agile ceremonies during two-week sprint cycles;Transform research insights (independently or with UX Researchers) into effective design solutions;Create and evolve task flows, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and other design artifacts;Navigate legacy systems and technical constraints with confidence, adapting processes to deliver optimal outcomes;Communicate clearly with stakeholders and international teams (Brazil, Mexico, and the US) in English and Spanish;Contribute actively to UX discussions, defending user-centered design decisions.What We Are Looking ForProven experience designing digital products from scratch;Intermediate Spanish (oral and written communication with the Mexico team);Fluency in English (spoken and written);Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, or related fields;Solid experience in UX Design, especially with complex digital products (B2B experience is a plus);Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, design process, and impactful outcomes;Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar;Knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices;Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;Familiarity with system documentation and complex workflows.It Will Be a Plus If You HaveExperience with agile methodologies and sprint-based workflows;Familiarity with design systems and component libraries;Interest in knowledge-sharing and mentoring junior designers.Where You Will WorkThis is a 100% remote position.Employment TypeCLT;Cooperado;PJ.Our Benefits IncludeMeal / Food Allowance : EVA multi-benefit card for daily purchases.Unimed Health Plan : No co-payment or waiting period for the primary holder; dependents can be included with co-payment.Uniodonto Dental Plan : Option to include dependents with minimal discounts per person.TotalPass : Access to gyms and sports activities to support physical health.Zenklub : Two free mental health consultations per month and affordable rates for additional sessions.Referral Program : Refer talented individuals to join Zallpy and receive bonuses (R$2,500 to R$5,000).
