Customer Service Representative (Remote - Brazil)

BluNet Solutions, an authorized representative of major telecom carriers in the U.S., is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Brazil.Responsibilities :

Handle customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Provide support with questions, plans, and telecom services.

Organize and update customer information in the system.

Possible involvement with sales / telemarketing support.

Requirements :

Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).

Spanish is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing.

Strong communication skills, empathy, and organization.

Stable internet connection and suitable environment for remote work.
