What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Contribute to the implementation of the Future Focused Initiative (FFI) by engaging with various task teams
Utilize the FFI data compendium to inform decision-making processes within the Hub
Facilitate the transition of knowledge management standards and practices across divisions
Support strategic workstreams within the Programme Strategy and Coordination Hub (PSC Hub)
Conduct data analysis and mapping for operational models as part of the FFI
What is Required (Qualifications)
Advanced degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing digital platforms for complex global business processes
Strong understanding of knowledge management within UNICEF
Excellent facilitation skills for in-person and virtual knowledge-sharing events
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in humanitarian programming and quality assurance in related fields
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
Previous involvement in inter-divisional collaboration and project management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle unforeseen challenges
