What You'll Do

Design & build automations in n8n with Node.js and Python, turning common workflows into scalable, reusable templates.

Integrate third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, etc.) by wiring up REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth connections.

Embed AI capabilities—use OpenAI / ChatGPT and other LLM APIs to add intelligence, summarization, and autonomous decision-making.

Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements, demo solutions, and transfer knowledge.

Operate, monitor, and improve existing automations : debug failures, refine prompts, and optimize performance and cost.

Document best practices and build and maintain a template library so the broader team can quickly build on your work.

What You Bring

3+ years of automation experience

3+ years software engineering experience (Node.js and Python preferred)

Hands-on n8n (or similar low-code tools such as Make / Zapier) for production workflows

Real-world OpenAI / LLM work—prompt design, embeddings, assistants, cost management

API integration chops : REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks, JSON, error handling

Version control & DevOps basics (Git, gitops, CI / CD, containerization)

Consultative mindset : able to translate business pain points into technical solutions

Excellent written & verbal communication; comfortable presenting to stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Lovable or other AI App development tools Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and serverless functions

Data engineering or analytics background (dbt, SQL, Airflow)

Familiarity with CRM / marketing ops (HubSpot workflows, lead routing)

Prior agency or client-facing consulting experience
