Job Description

• More than 5 years of experience in IT
• More than 3 years of experience with C# / .NET development
• Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core
• Experience with cloud development (preferably Azure)
• Strong experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server):
• – triggers, stored procedures, and application performance tuning in the database
• Strong experience with in-memory databases:
• – using Redis for caching
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑performance backend APIs and microservices
• (IaaS, PaaS, Functions, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with messaging systems
• Experience with distributed architectures
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, DataDog)
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / SAFe)
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps and version control (Git)
• Experience in virtualized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with application testing
• Familiarity with security and code quality tools (e.g., Veracode, SonarQube)
• Experience with DevOps processes (including pipeline configuration)
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, DataDog)
• Experience using AI tools for development (e.g., Copilot)
• Ensure best practices in security, code quality, and monitoring
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and mobile teams (delivering end‑to‑end solutions)
• Participate in the full development lifecycle:
• – conception, design, implementation, automated testing, and deployment
• Dynamic and proactive in seeking information
• Good communication, teamwork, engagement, and resilience
• Knowledge of the insurance market is a plus
• Intermediate or advanced English (preferred)
