Financial Analyst Lead

Join our TeamAbout this opportunity : We are looking for a tech-savvy Lead Financial Analyst who combines FP&A expertise with advanced data management skills and the ability to leverage AI, ML, and modern analytics tools to generate insights that shape business strategy.

This role is critical to driving financial performance, process automation, and delivering forward-looking analysis to support informed decision-making.What you will do : Develop, coordinate, and present financial forecasts and budgets.Analyze key metrics to deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions.Translate complex financial data into clear business narratives.Drive automation and leverage AI / ML to optimize financial processes.Manage and structure financial data to improve accuracy, efficiency, and value.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.The skills you bring : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in FP&A or financial analysis (telecom / technology experience preferred).

Proven ability to use data analytics, AI / ML tools, and automation to deliver insights.Strong financial modeling, reporting, and storytelling capabilities.Track record of driving process improvements with technology.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, innovative mindset with integrity and commitment to performance.Primary country and city : Brazil || São PauloWhy join Ericsson?
