OverviewOperations Analysts act to meet and not impact or minimize the impact on the customer as to changes or extra demands; they are responsible for the operation as a whole, from the monitoring of the systems as well as phone calls, e-mails and messages from various sources and means that we receive and any other necessary tools, always with focus and agility; must report to the leader any item that may affect the operation.They analyze the best way to solve various problems related or not to the operation itself.
Communication has to be clear and constant, aiming at the good of the internal and external information.
They manage a daily activity scale to prioritize tasks and maintain fluidity and continuous information for the next work shift.
