Support Specialist (Part-Time)

We are looking for a part-time, remote Support Specialist to evaluate system alerts and initiate deployment of a service technician when necessary. You will work 5 to 10 hours per week performing alert support duties during evenings, weekends, and U.S. holidays.

Homeowners gain an enhanced service experience and ultimately greater peace of mind on the reliability for one of the most expensive assets in a home. Backed by premier venture capital firms, our client's software platform allows contractors to monitor, manage, and optimize their maintenance memberships through advanced sensors, AI-driven diagnostics, and proactive alerts.

Responsibilities

Monitor and triage system alerts determining the necessity of dispatching a service technician

Perform duties during off hours including evenings, weekends, and U.S. holidays

Document alert resolution in trouble ticketing system

Required Experience

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to evaluate data inputs based on an established diagnostic process

Strong attention to detail and tracking record for reliability and diligence

Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Preferred Experience

Experience with trouble ticketing systems
